First time trying these and I already know they will be my ruin. This brand sells frozen balanced vegan meals. I live in a city with a lot of vegan restaurants and this one tastes better than most fresh pasta I had around. All that said, it's unfair to expect me to cook and freeze meals that taste anything like this. The funghi sauce was perfectly done, the pasta was a little too friable (as most frozen ones do), the confitted tomatoes were delicious and I actually liked the leek, even though I'm not a great fan usually. #curitiba
