Review of Egg Substitute - Cultured Foods by luciamf

For me the best egg substitute! I only use it for vegan Spanish tortilla, so I don't know how it works with other preparations, but for tortilla works perfect. Ingredients are natural, very similar to the mix that I use to do at home, but the consistency is much better and doesn't stick as much as the home made. Also allows you to leave the tortilla more soft.
