Opt for the 'vegetarian' version of this dish to make it vegan. Long handmade noodles fried with chives, capsicums and sichuan pepper, with a hint of chilli. Noodles are chewy and beautifully seasoned, and the portions are huge. One of my favourite vegan eats in the area.
