Review of The Classic Burger at Blended Health Cafe & Catering by simonel

I could not fault this dish at all. From the perfect fries to the delicious burger and the sauce....yum!!!
The burger had a chickpea, beetroot and corriander pattie with rocket, chilli cashew cream, tomato, sprouts and a basil pesto.
But I have to talk about those glorious fries... they were seasoned with rosemary salt and were crisp on the outside and soft and pillowy inside. Teamed with the dipping sauce and they were heavenly. I feel like the fries deserved a review of their own 😂
