Such a wonderful idea to make homemade prickly pear sorbet now that you can see the ripe fruit everywhere!! 
The prickly pear is a 5/5 taste wise, the dark chocolate is a bit too bitter for my taste but it goes perfect with ultra sweet ice cream (I can imagine it well together with Banana, which is made with cane sugar). 
All in all I can only recommend this place for eating ice cream and the portion is alright for 2,50€ ☺
