Buffalo wings + a Rueben at The Hollow Bar + Kitchen — richmulholland's Review (Sep 24, 2021)

You know when you think the kitchen made a mistake and brought you the wrong meal, that's what I felt when I but into the Rueben. The texture if the seitan was unlike anything I'd tried before, and the flavors were insane.

The wings had that perfect taste profile too. I'd come back to Albany just to eat here again. And I'm from South Africa :)
