This delicious 🌱-based Cuban version of a sloppy Joe was made with their signature picadillo (traditionally consisting of ground meat stewed with onions, garlic, bell peppers, and green olives), vegan cheddar cheese, vegan sour cream, and sliced jalapeños. I've delighted in their hearty and flavorful picadillo on previous occasions and think it was brilliant to use it in a sloppy Joe. #saveveganrestaurants
