Review of Handmade teriyaki Katsu Don at Saute Sushi by plantbasedlifestyle

One of my favourite dish here! Was skeptical initially but this turns out to be amazing. I love how they used good quality rice in this. It goes very well with the teriyaki sauce and cripsy homemade katsu! Its hard to stop with just a bite. I wonder what they used for the mock meat which makes it taste so much like the real thing. Best to enjoy with bowl of soup or green tea :)
