I’ve updated my original review as I tried this again and it was really good! As I understand there was a period where they were adjusting their recipe. They have now refined it and I must say it’s great! Melts really well and the texture is amazing! Might be my new favourite vegan cheese! Will definitely be buying again! Highly recommend! Super keen to try the Mozzarella next! @knotfoods
