Oven Baked Omelette at Veganaki — Anni's Review (Sep 18, 2021)

This omelette is my favourite dish in Veganaki! Omelette itself is very tasty with mushrooms inside, there’s also a feta vcheese block, some incredibly flavourful sauce and greens. So freaking good!
