I just love rose hip jam/marmalade/fruit spread - whatever its name want to be 😉🤗
I can eat it straight from the jar, or as spread on a slice of toast bread (or other kinds of bread), and it is great on a pancake, or potato pancakes... 😍😋
This one is made to 55% of rose hips, beet sugar, lemon juice concentrate, and pectin as the gelling agent.
