I had never seen these before and they looked interesting, so why not? It is a crispy pocket with savory buffalo cauliflower inside, primarily consisting of cauliflower and tofu. While the flavor was decent, it was super oily, cooked with no added oil in the air fryer.

I wouldn’t buy these again.
