This consisted of cool and crisp iceberg lettuce, lively pico, authentic-tasting meaty and spicy 🐷-free chorizo, creamy 🐮-free queso, crispy masa crumbles, and fermented habanero ranch.  This innovative, hearty, and refreshing wedgie salad was bursting with flavor and a satisfying amount of 🔥.  So good! #saveveganrestaurants
