This packet of crisps came in my August TVK box and it’s taken me a while to try them as I was pretty sure I wouldn’t like them. I’m not really sure how to review them, because I was right and I didn’t like them at all, but if you used to like roast chicken crisps before going vegan then you’d probably like these a lot. I didn’t get any lemon flavour, all I could taste was roast chicken and as someone living in a non vegan family that still eats Sunday roasts it just tasted like the smell of
cooking chicken which makes me sad and feel a bit ill. My boyfriend (who’s been vegan for longer than me) says they don’t taste like how he remembers roast chicken crisps tasting, and he can taste the lemon and is enjoying eating them! If you do like them, £2.75 for a big packet is a little pricey but not too bad.
