I love the size of these little bars. They’re about 2-3 bites, have the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee, and only 90 calories. They’re great for early morning hikes when I don’t have time to make coffee. I’m just not a huge fan of this flavor, it has a hint of malt to it. Vanilla Latte is my favorite flavor!
