Review of Vegan Royale at Burger King Canal Walk by zsuz
I had to try this, but I am not blown away… it could be so much nicer with some tomatoes, not just lettuce.
The manager assured me that it is 100% vegan, but honestly, I have some doubts about that mayo… even though I specifically asked if it’s a vegan mayo.
It was very handy for a quick meal, though.

laurenkinghorn Oh, sorry to hear BK's Vegan Royale was disappointing. Maybe I'll stick to their plant-bases whopper then because it was awesome! Also hoping they used the vegan mayo in mine.Reply
zsuz Since then I have seen more reviews and done some research. The mayo is their standard mayo. So you need to specifically ask for NO MAYO. Quite disappointing to be honest. Hellmann’s has a vegan mayo option, they could just use that.1 likeReply

laurenkinghorn I have B-Well Canola Reduced Oil Mayo which is also vegan. If all else fails, I'll ask them to hold the mayo and use that then.Reply
zsuz I might be wrong, but I will dig deep on the website to find out. But also, if they have vegan mayo then why not use that for the whopper too? 🤷🏻♀️Reply
