Jade Roll at Kyoto Joe — moosewong's Review (Sep 12, 2021)

There is a whole vegetarian page in the menu of this Japanese restaurant, and their sushi rolls are creative and delicious! These are edamame tempura rolls wrapped in very thin beetroot (we think). They are flavorful, with a little bit of crunch, and quite satisfying even though they're rather pricey.
