Review of Gong bao king oyster mushrooms with cashew nuts at Tofu Vegan by sunmoony

I didn't like this dish so much. There were so many different flavours, it was sweet, spicy, sour and bitter at the same time. I liked the hint of sweetness in the sauce, but other than that I didn't enjoy the flavours in this dish that much.
