I didn't like this dish so much. There were so many different flavours, it was

sweet, spicy, sour and bitter at the same time. I liked the hint of sweetness in the sauce, but other than that I didn't enjoy the flavours in this dish that much.

Umami flavor! The mushrooms were perfectly cooked, loved the addition of the cashew, it gave

a crunchy dimension.
