We love this brand of fantastic vegan artisan cheese! They make so many unique and phenomenal cheeses, all so creamy and delectable! This one was their expertly crafted cashew cheese with an unbelievably tasty layer of caramelized onion. I loved taking bites with crackers or bread with lots of that caramelized onion topping. Probably my favorite cheese from this brand!
