Review of Portobello, Avocado & Hummus Black Sandwich at Tiong Bahru Bakery by plantbasedlifestyle

Throwback to my first (and only) lunch with a new colleague before HA happened. My company gave me $100 capitaland vouchers so i decided to use it on TBB as I had wanted to try this for a long time. 🤣

It was a generous portion of sandwich, filled with fresh veggies, hummus, mushrooms on thick slab of charcoal sandwich. Taste was average in my opinion as I felt that it would be better if they had toasted the bread and provide more hummus to enhance the flavour. They served this with purple sweet potato chips which was good. (Seems to be homemade)

For the price, I would not get this again. Think it is more of a one-try and thats it. Amazing job on presentation though!
