vegan bahn mi with marinated tofu. tofu is tasty but would do better with more complex flavours. they use ciabatta instead of a baguette - the ciabatta is soft (i don’t like the hard ones) but it doesn’t hold the sandwich together like a baguette so tofu and vegetables were falling out. it’s a decent vegan option and i’ll get it again! this is a half portion as i got it with a small soup.
