A really tasty ready meal from Wicked Kitchen - the basmati rice is topped with veg including chickpeas, peppers and tomatoes, plus 'Beyond Meat' mince, all infused with delicious curry spices. 🍅🫑🌶🥘
There could have been more mince, but this is a great stand-by to have in the freezer for those times when you just don't want to cook! Reasonable value at £2.75 from Tesco's. 💷
