Matcha Blondie at Ippuku Tea House — Kate's Review (Sep 8, 2021)

So I got this take away after seeing it on Facebook. I mean look at it, anything Matcha looks sexy to me.
The texture was ooey gooey, so I ate it with a spoon. It was so unique, really new and interesting. The matcha makes for a not very conventionally sweet dessert, with bitter undertones. But it's delightful and I would happily buy again.
Staff at Ippuku are lovely too.
