Pandan Snow Skin Mooncake

Dongshan Eastern Highland Healthy Cake House

This mooncake had a touch of pandan flavour to it. Personally, the pandan flavour was not strong enough for me. The filling was a traditional lotus paste filling (can’t go wrong with that) 

Overall the mooncake was good but not great.
