I want to start by saying that I’m incredibly impressed with this vegan dairy innovation, and can’t wait to see more from the Perfect Day company. While this ice cream really does have the taste and texture of its dairy companions, I feel it’s really lacking in complexity and depth of flavor. Ben and Jerry’s and other companies like So Delicious certainly excel more in this department. I’ll be more than happy to purchase again once I feel like they’ve stepped up their flavor game a bit!
