Limited time dish (only Labour Day?) that is supposed to be reminiscent of the Persian lamb dish of the same name.

Great take and generally was tasty. It's hard to turn beyond meat into something that's malleable while not drying up and they sure made a good effort with this one. Personally I wish I had more spices and was a little more moist. Tabouli was good, fries were great as usual, and black hummus was a unique touch (needs more cucumbers though).
