Really liked this, had it quite a while ago. I loved how bizarre it looks on bread being bright pink. My housemates judged me for it for sure! 

Pink beetroot Pesto

Pink pasta! Ngl, when I first tried this #pesto I hadn’t realised it would be so smoky  - couldn’t taste any #beetroot. By itself it tasted like smoky bbq crisps! But, when I ate it with pasta and veggies the flavour actually went perfectly and it also made my meal look a lot more interesting :) £2 at Tesco - I recommend!
