I’m a huge fan of this bakery as 1. It’s vegan 2. It’s a small business 3. Uncles are extremely friendly 4. Their baked goods are ultra delicious!

The vegan egg yolk is made from carrots— it’s slightly crumbly and my carnivorous dad didn’t realize that it wasn’t a regular salted egg yolk! 🥚 I love when vegan foods do such a great job of replicating their non-vegan counterparts, it’s a good statement for how innovative and creative plant-based foods can be. Do drop by and chat with the uncles, they’re such a delight.
