Review of Uji Matcha Single Yolk Mooncake at nomVnom Bistro by raffymabanag
The salted "egg" yolk is nice and salty (not sure how they made this, but this is amazing). I guess I wish there could be more of this in the mooncake as I feel that the "egg yolk" layer is too thin. Overall, this has a good combination of flavors.
