Review of Lobster Roll at Unity Diner by jessskh

This basically doesn’t taste like lobster. The dish uses the same imitation prawn meat for the lobster which isn’t a bad shout - the texture is more lobster than prawn anyway. It includes lion’s mane mushrooms which are grown at their sanctuary (Surge) - I love that they do this and I also really enjoyed the mushrooms. Under the lettuce leaf is a toasted brioche roll and the whole thing is served cold.
