Beetroot Hummus Tartine at MICRO red | house — Shan's Review (Aug 30, 2021)

Was desperately searching for brunch cafes in Katong and I know micro bakery has more than one vegan option! The original comes with feta cheese so I replaced it with more broccoli. While this tasted pretty decent, it felt like something I could have assembled at home and I don’t think the price tag attached to it was justified. The coffee here is good tho!
