Review of Avocado Hollandaise Eggs at Matcha Mylkbar by jordanblair
Vegan eggs made from almond milk and pumpkin puree, served eggs benedict style with a nice hollandaise sauce. The "yolk" of the egg is the star of the show here, the eggs whites were also very close to the real thing.
It also comes with vegan bacon, spinach, and nice toasted bread. The hashbrowns are nothing special but just what you'd expect (just from a packet style. I deducted a health star because of the hashbrowns but honestly this seems like a decent healthy enough breakfast.
