Buckwheat Soba at Herbivore — Ziggy Radiobear's Review (Aug 28, 2021)

Broth is extremely flavourful. Strong umami and mushroom flavour. But, it is rather salty in my opinion because towards the last spoonful, my mouth felt a little numbed by the saltiness. Other than that, it is rather tasty with the delicious soba noodles, a piece of beancurd skin, some mushrooms, some crisps, and a handful of spinach.
