The granola shelf at my local supermarket is suddenly packed with healthy options. This sprouted variety includes chunks of crunchy grains that quickly turn chewy in a satisfying manner, with a subtle chocolaty flavor. Not too sweet, and gluten-free to boot.

Made in Canada by Canadians. And all ingredients from farmers they know, apparently.
