I wouldn’t describe this as chocolate mousse - it’s not very light and airy. It has quite a hard and icy texture unfortunately. It’s okay if you leave it out the freezer for a bit and then give it a bit of a “churn” after dishing up. Overall not my favourite. #icecream #chocolate #chocolateicecream #veganicecream
