Pho Vegetarian Brown Rice Noodle at NamNam - Plaza Singapura — Mel's Review (Aug 26, 2021)

The broth has a surprisingly nice umami taste and I like the attention to detail to offer brown rice noodle in the vegetarian pho. The mini bowl was just the right size for me (small stomach), so no food wastage!
Crispy imperial roll was nice and crispy but on a pricey side.
