Vegan Quesadilla at French Meadow Bakery & Café — Ellie's Review (Aug 25, 2021)

I liked this soooo much. I don’t know how they got the outside so crispy but it was amazing!! The cheese didn’t melt super well but that’s okay! It had tofu scramble and light life sausage inside. I wasn’t a fan of the salsa but the guacamole was good!
