❤️ Found this lovely Ipoh flat rice noodles called Hor Fun. The Ipoh variety is a thinner, softer & silkier version of the usual Hor fun or leafy Teow. Love that one pack serves two. Minimal wastage!
❤️ It can be cooked in soup or just stir fried like Kway Teow
❤️ I cooked this with sesame oil, oyster sauce, tempeh, carrots & white lettuce with dried chilies and sesame seaweed crisp. Completely devoured!
