Review of Premium Karubi Don with Miso Soup set at Aburi-EN (Jem) by erialc

Karubi Don consists of plant based yakinku meats, Next Meats, using karubi made with soybean proteins. Was really blown away by the taste and texture of this yakinku next meats! It was nicely grilled. Good size portion too! Really hoped that it will be permanent on their menu!
