This product has forever changed the way I view breakfast. With many plant based flavors, it has become a go to. They send you a free shaker cup with your first purchase and it's easy from there. Just fill to the line with your mylk of choice, open the packet and put it in, shake it up and place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, just grab, shake, and enjoy!
