Crystal Jade

Crystal Jade is one of my favourite Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong and this vegetarian dumpling doesn’t disappoint. It tastes very healthy and fresh with a lot of yummy veggie filling! My only critique is that it lacks a bit of seasoning.
