Pasta perfetta, croccante e morbida dalla sapiente lievitazione che la rende stradigeribile. Una base di verdure grigliate (melanzane, pomodori, zucchine e cipolle!) impreziosita da un ottimo vegcheese fuso ed un pregiato pesto di pistacchi. In una parola...imperdibile..!
