
When I found out I was vitamin D deficient, I started looking for a supplement. I was upset to find out most vitamin D tablets contain sheep’s wool! I order these online because I know they’re a vegan alternative

Did they work? If they did how much did your levels go up?
I’m also defficient, not severly but my levels are 22,7ng/mL when healthy levels should be at least 30ng/mL or above.
I wonder if the 1000iu would be good enough because they’re a bit cheaper than the 2500iu.
