again, please let me know if this isn’t vegan. I love to use corn starch to make crispy tofu ! I’ll use corn starch, garlic powder, salt and pepper to coat the cubed tofu in, then fry it in a little olive oil or bake it. Not the healthiest but still not a bad option as it is meat less !
