A thick 72% #darkchocolate casing protects a #mintcream filling (second shot 😋) The casing is stiff, as if the outpouring of the cream were meant to be a justifiable reward for the hard work of chewing down the chocolate 😅 I'll tell you what's hard work though - breaking the bar down into perfect little rectangles. I messed up a good few, the penalty for which are mint leaks 😬
