My Costco finally brought it back!! This jam is great and it comes in BULK now!
I love that it is naturally held together with apple pectin; and, that it is made with minimal ingredients, most of which are organic.

If you prefer sweet jam you might have to add a sweetener like maple syrup or fresh fruit. But if your sweet tooth is like mine this jam is just right!

This jam is a product you need to eat somewhat quickly. If you have a small household or don’t go through jam that fast I would recommend the smaller sized jar (283ml) or you will end up with a lot of waste.
My household tends to get through the jar in a month or two and are okay; but, after/during the third month (even before the expiration date reaches) we tend have to trough it out. . . . But I don’t mind, this just gives me a good excuse to eat more of it!
