Review of Protein Packed Plain Jane Vanilla pancake & waffle Mix - Castle Kitchen by westcoastgaynadian

I’ve been looking for a protein pancake combo and unfortunately I’m still looking.
I used the whole package trying to make one that would cook fully through without burning first or turning rubbery. Maybe there’s a trick to it that I’m missing? Possible..
