Piatto molto originale che comprende tempeh, fragole caramellate, riduzione di soia e insalata di alghe wakame. Un piatto davvero originale e nutriente. Posto molto carino.

Very original and nutritious dish with tempeh,caramelized strawberries, soia sauce reduction and wakame algae salad.
Also the restaurant was really very nice.
