This one had vanilla, too. I bought it on accident, but it was good! Lightly sweet flavor, but unsweetened...so to me, that's perfect. I use it in my morning coffee. I actually think the nutrition is pretty bangin-- calcium, potassium, magnesium, and Vita E. Oh, and I learned something new from this product...what gellan gum is! I had to look it up!
